Outside-In tree-night KATNISS climbs a tree slowly and quietly hoping to escape from her enemies below. She went up and up high on the tree so her enemies wouldn't catch her for a while. She then finds a safe spot hidden high upon the tree using a rope to attach herself to the tree to sit down and rest. The next morning, KATNISS sees the beehive and starts to climb up the tree toward it quietly. CEASER is sitting in a dark newscasting room "For those of you that don't know, Tracker Jackers, are genetically engineered Wasps whose venom causes searing pain, powerful hallucinations and in some cases death."
